BiFF is a one-day "pop-up" festival of short films held the first weekend after Brazilian Independence Day (September 7). NYC is a strong magnet for the Brazilian community and home of the best Brazilian culture, food, art and music. Its Little Brazil district hosts some of the best Brazilian restaurants in the city and is home of the Brazilian (BR) Day outdoor event that attracts more than a million each Labor Day weekend.
